Shipping & Returns

WorkOS currently ships only to the US. Our orders are processed within 5 to 10  business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery typically ranges from 7 to 10 days from order processing. We ship with FedEx and UPS. Please ensure your address is correct, as we cannot replace orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

We currently do not accept returns and are unable to edit your order once placed. If you would like to cancel your order and replace it with a new one before it has shipped, please connect with  shop@workos.com.
